CAIRO – 27 July 2017: Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry discussed bilateral relations and the Qatari crisis with his Bahraini counterpart, Sheikh Khalid Al Khalifa, during their meeting on the sidelines of the Arab foreign ministers meeting Thursday at the Arab League Headquarters in Cairo.

The talks addressed the latest developments in the violence taking place in occupied east Jerusalem. The two ministers discussed ways to end the Israeli violations against the holy Islamic and Christian sanctities in Palestine.

The session also tackled bilateral relations between the two countries, means of promoting them on all levels, as well as the Qatari crisis.

Arab foreign ministers met on Thursday at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo upon the request of Jordan, to discuss Israeli violations against Palestinians.

Clashes erupted between Palestinians and Israeli occupation forces on Thursday, resulting in the injury of 60 Palestinians.
