ALEXANDRIA - 26 July 2017: Alexandria criminal court upheld on Wednesday a 10-year jail sentence against a US female citizen after finding her guilty of killing her son.

The defendant admitted slaughtering her son Abdel Rahman Mohamed Ahmed over disputes with her ex-husband.
