Egypt, Ethiopia continue consultations ahead of higher committee meetings

ADDIS ABABA - 25 July 2017: Egyptian Ambassador in Addis Ababa and Permanent Representative to the African Union Abu Bakr Hanafi said that the Egyptian and Ethiopian sides are continuing consultations ahead of the convocation of the higher committee meetings.

Giving a word during a celebration to mark the 65th anniversary of the July 23 Revolution, Hanafi said that consultations will continue with the Nile Basin countries with the view to promoting bilateral cooperation and collective work.

The diplomat also reviewed Egypt's efforts to support African countries in the education, health, investment and peacekeeping fields.
