Slight and temporary rise in temperature on Wednesday, Thursday across Egypt

CAIRO - 19 March 2024: The weather forecast map issued by the General Meteorological Authority revealed that a slight and temporary rise in temperatures is expected in most areas during Wednesday and Thursday, the first days of spring.
 
The Meteorological Authority indicated that on Wednesday, it is expected that Cairo and Lower Lower Egypt will record a high of 25 degrees, a low of 15 degrees.
 
On Tuesday, weather is expected to be cold during the day in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the northern coasts, warm in South Sinai and the south of the country, and cold at night in most parts and in the early morning.
 
Today also witnesses chances of light rain in separate areas and intermittent periods over Greater Cairo, southern Lower Egypt, and the canal cities, light to moderate rain on the northwestern coasts and northern Lower Egypt, and moderate rain that may be thundery sometimes at intermittent periods on the northeastern coasts.
 
As for the temperatures on Tuesday:
 
Cairo to record highs of 21 degrees and lows of 13
 
Alexandria to record highs of 19 and lows of 12
 
Matrouh to record highs of 17 degrees and lows of 10
 
Sohag to record highs of 23 degrees and lows of 12
 
Qena to record highs of 23 degrees and lows of 13
 
Aswan to record highs of 24 degrees and lows of 14
