Egypt’s Sisi exchanges Ramadan greetings with Jordanian King, Omani Sultan

CAIRO – 11 March 2024: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi exchanged greetings with Jordanian King Abdullah II and Sultan of the Sultanate of Oman Haitham bin Tariq on the holy month of Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic calendar during which the Muslims worldwide fast from the dawn to sunset.

 

President Sisi spoke over the phone with King Abdullah bin Al-Hussein, according to a statement from the Egyptian presidency on Monday.

 

The two leaders exchanged greetings on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, praying Allah the Almighty to bestow all goodness upon the two countries, protect their two peoples and the Arab and Islamic nations from all harm, and grant them lasting security, stability and prosperity.

 

Meanwhile, President Sisi spoke over the phone with Sultan of the Sultanate of Oman Haitham bin Tariq. They also exchanged greetings on the holy month of Ramadan.

 

President El-Sisi asked Allah the Almighty to bestow all good and progress on the people and leadership of the Sultanate of Oman.

 

For his part, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq appreciated President El-Sisi’s gesture, wishing Egypt and its people enduring goodness and prosperity.
