Egypt’s FM holds talks on cooperating with Tunisian counterpart

CAIRO - 8 August 2023: Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry held Tuesday talks with Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs Nabil Ammar in Tunis.

Shoukry arrived Monday in the capital of Tunis on a visit during which he will hold discussions on various files of bilateral relations.

He will consult with his Tunisian counterpart on regional and international issues of common interest within the framework of the 15th session of the Political Consultation Committee of the two North-African countries.

The foreign minister is scheduled to meet with Tunisian President Kais Saied to convey a verbal message from President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi regarding ways to support and strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
