Cabinet launches English e-app to highlight gov't activities, decisions

CAIRO - 1 August 2023: The cabinet has launched an official mobile application in English language, within the framework of enhancing access to information about the activities of the government and highlight its efforts in all sectors.

The moves aims to improve mechanisms and communication channels between the government and the people, Cabinet Spokesman Ambassador Nader Saad said on Tuesday.

The application will be an official source for fostering communication with foreign communities through using their language, in order to convey a clear image about projects undertaken by the Egyptian government as well its decisions and activities, the spokesman added.

The English version of the Mobile application would mainly focus on the news of the international activities of the Egyptian government, especially with regards to the economic and investment domains, said the cabinet spokesperson.

The e-app comprises a set of sections dedicated to the news of the Cabinet, government meetings along with comprehensive display of Egypt's economic indicators and "Egypt's Vision 2030", the spokesman added.
