Int'l media spotlight Egypt's speech to anti-Daesh coalition

CAIRO - 12 July 2017: International media outlets on Tuesday highlighted a speech delivered by an Egyptian delegation to meetings of the Global Coalition Against Daesh.

Al Arabiya reported that the delegation called for expelling those how support terrorism from the coalition.

Russia Today quoted spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Abu Zeid as tweeting that it is no longer acceptable for the coalition to include terror-sponsoring states.

It added that the delegation affirmed that the mounting threat of terrorism also originates from countries that promote ideologies of terror groups through their media.
