Kuwaiti FM meets with US secretary of state

KUWAIT CITY - 11 July 2017: Kuwait Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah al Khalid al Sabah has met with US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and British national security adviser Mark Sedwill.

During the meeting, that was held Monday night, the officials expressed deep concern over the current crisis in the region, urging all parties to contain the crisis and find a solution for it.

Both the US and British sides renewed their full support to the Kuwaiti mediation and the efforts of Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah to solve the crisis.

A host of Kuwaiti officials attended the meeting.
