ABU DHABI, 10 July 2017: Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received a telephone call from French President Emmanuel Macron during which they discussed cooperation relations between the UAE and France and other issues of mutual interests, WAM reported on Monday.

Bin Zayed and Macron tackled the latest developments in the region and the efforts exerted by both countries to combat terrorism and extremism.

They also discussed how both parties can support regional and international efforts to consolidate the pillars of security and stability in the region.
