20th session of council of Arab tourism ministers kicks off in Cairo

CAIRO - 6 December 2017: The 20th session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Tourism kicked off at the Arab League General Secretariat Wednesday to discuss the implementation of an Arab tourism strategy.

A forum on improving services at Arab airports and tourist destinations will be held as part of the meetings. The ministers will also discuss cooperation with Latin American countries in the field of tourism.

The Council will also probe a proposal to activate "accessible tourism" in the Arab world, it also set to elect members of its executive office during this session.
