CAIRO - 18 July 2017: Ahmed Waheed, the talented nature photographer, was able to capture a brilliant photo of a Cobra snake at Sinai desert.

Snakes in the desert are usually near rocks and water bodies, and they feed on small mammals. They spend the night within the cold sand of the underground, so they are usually seen in the morning as they need to expose their bodies to sunlight.

To photograph a snake its best to use a zoom lens, as getting too close can sometimes be interpreted by the snake as an attack and that will make it take a defense mechanism.
Make sure you are well prepared against direct sunlight to avoid crashing long before taking the shot.
