CAIRO-18 March 2021: Egypt national team head coach Hossam El Badry announced on Thursday Egypt's squad for the games against Kenya and Comoros in 2021 AFCON qualifiers. 
 
Mohamed Salah was named among five Egyptian players abroad who will support the national team in the international break. 
 
El Badry also picked 8 players from Al Ahly, five players from Zamalek and five players from Pyramids FC in the squad. 
 
Egypt national team squad consists of: 
Goalkeepers: 
Mohamed El Shenawy - Mahmoud Gennsh - Mohamed Bassam - Amer Amer 
 
Defenders: 
Ali Gabr - Ahmed Hegazi - Ayman Ashraf - Yasser Ibrahim - Ahmed Ayman Mansour - Mahmoud Hamdy El Wensh - Mohamed Hany - Ahmed Fattouh - Omar Gaber
 
Midfielders: 
Mohamed Elneny - Tarek Hamed - Amr El Soulia - Hamdy Fathy - Eslam Issa - Mohamed Magdy Afsha - Ahmed Sayed Zizo - Mohamed Farouk - Mostafa Fathy 
 
Forwards: 
Mostafa Mohamed - Mahmoud Trezeguet - Hossam Hassan - Mohamed Sherif - Ahmed Yasser Rayan and Mohamed Salah
 
On a similar note, the Egyptian national team camp will begin on Sunday as the Pharaohs will start preparations for the games against Kenya and Comoros in the 2021 AFCON qualifiers.
 
Egypt will face Kenya on 25 March in Nairobi while the Pharaohs will host Comoros four days later in Cairo.
 
Egypt and Comoros share the top of the group with 8 points while Kenya comes third in the group with 3 points and Togo stays at the bottom of the group with 1 point.
