CAIRO- 17 January 2021: Egypt handball national team winger, Hassan Kaddah, beleives that adhering to the head coach's instructions was a key in Egypt's victory over North Macedonia.

Egypt smashed North Macedonia on Saturday night at Cairo Stadium Indoor Halls Complex with 38-19 scoreline.

Man of the match, Hassan Kaddah, was also pleased with how things turned out in favour of the hosts, who secured their place in the second round.

"Playing as the coach asked us was the key to winning tonight," said Kaddah.

"Our huge first period advantage helped us control the second period. We have to keep our focus for the next match and not let tonight's win take over."

Egypt faces Sweden on Monday night at Cairo Stadium Indoor Halls Complex.

Egypt hosts the competition between 13 and 31 January 2021, with the participation of 32 teams for the first time in the competition's history.
