CAIRO-19 December 2020: Liverpool defeated Crystal Palace 7-0 on Saturday at Selhurst Park in the 14th round of the Premier League.

Liverpool continued their strong run after defeating Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday and they are solely on the top of the English Premier League table.

Takumi Minamino opened the score for Liverpool while Mane’s strike doubled the score for the Reds. Roberto Firmino made the score 3-0 one minute before half time.

In the second half, Liverpool dominated the match and they added another two goals in the first 20 mintes of the second half by Jordan Henderson and Firmino.

Liverpool Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah, who started the game from the bench, added a late brace for the Visitors from a fantastic header and a breath-taking strike.

Liverpool achieved an away top-flight win by a margin of seven goals for the first time in the Reds’ history.

Liverpool are leading the English Premier League table with 31 points and they are six points ahead of Tottenham Hotspur who will face Leicester City on Sunday in London.
