CAIRO, 16 August 2020: Despite the delay in winning, one goal is sufficient to achieve victory over Misr Al Makasah thanks to Zamalek’s young talent, Hossam Ashraf.

Zamalek defeated Misr Al Makasah 1-0, in the 19th round of the Egyptian League Championship.

Substitute Hossam Ashraf scored the only goal for Zamalek in the 93rd minute of the match.

The victory raised the balance of Zamalek to the 38th point, rising to the second place, while the balance of Misr Al Makasah  remained at the 17th point in the 15th place.

Patrice Carteron, coach of Zamalek club, chose to start with Mohamed Hassan as a defensive midfielder alongside Tarek Hamed for the third consecutive match, while Ashraf Bencharki returned to the starting lineup for the first time since the league resumed.
