CAIRO_27 June 2020: Liverpool Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah played a massive role in his team's run towards the club's first Premier League since 1990.

"Winning the league title is amazing for the club and the city of Liverpool. Now I achieved my biggest goal, the one I set for myself since I joined the club." The Egyptian winger said.

Salah joined Liverpool in 2017 Summer from AS Roma and since then the club has won both the UEFA Champions League and the Premier League titles.

Salah has a chance to win the Premier League Golden Boot Award for the third straight season as he scored 17 goals and he is two goals behind the current top scorer Jamie Vardy.

Asked about his favorite goal this season, the player, known as the Egyptian king, said " My goal against Manchester United was special as they were the only team that I have not scored against."

Chelsea's 2_1 victory over the second-placed Manchester City at Stamford Bridge granted the Reds their first Premier League title.

Liverpool are leading the Premier League table with 23 points clear with seven games remaining at the competition, to win the title before their journey to Manchester to face Pep Guardiola's team.
