CAIRO – 23 June 2017 Mido, Wadi Degla’s manager, spoke on June 21 to the English website Stoke Sentinel about Ramadan Sobhy’s carrier with Stoke City.

Mido spoke to Stoke City’s fan website on Ramadan Sobhy’s debut this season with stoke and about Sobhy could get enough play time if Stoke sells one of their two attacking players Xherdan Shaqiri or Marko Arnatovic.

Mido commented on Sobhy’s performance last season by saying, “I think it's been a great debut season for Ramadan. I think that Mark Hughes gave him enough minutes to learn and to express himself and played him at the right times,” reporting from Stoke Sentinel.

Mido moved to talk about Sobhy’s chances with Stoke for next season.
“One of Shaqiri or Arnautovic has to leave for Ramadan to progress. I have said before that I think Ramadan can be better than Arnautovic and I still think that, yes definitely. He needs to learn and he can only learn by playing at such a young age,” said Mido to Stoke Sentinel.

Mido concluded his talk by saying some advices to the Egyptian National team’s winger Ramadan Sobhy.

Mido said to Stoke Sentinel: “I met him in Cairo and I told him that he needs to work on his finishing and how to make runs behind defenders and not only asking for the ball to his feet. He needs to learn how to run the channels."
According to transfer market website, Ramadan Sobhy played in 17 Premier League matches with Stoke City this season making 2 assists.
