CAIRO - 2 January 2020: Liverpool fans are ready to pack Anfield as the Reds host Sheffield United on Thursday night at the Premier League.

The hosts are expecting a tough clash as Sheffield, who won promotion to the top division last season, achieved a tremendous run at the Premier League and are eighth at the league table with 29 points. They have the chance to jump to the fifth position if they manage to get the three points from Liverpool.

Liverpool did not lose a single game at the Premier League this season after 19 games and they only dropped two points at Old Trafford with a 1-1 draw against Manchester United.

Sheffield United manager, Chris Wilder, won Manager of the Year award as he beat Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp and Man City's Guardiola after he took the league by storm this season.

Klopp praised Sheffield's manager, saying "He’s doing an incredible job there. They’re a really organised team that has caused every team problems – like City a few days ago. They are just too good to have no problems.”

Klopp's team seems unstoppable this season and they are the main contenders for the title. However, Chris Wilder's boys are one of the teams that have the ability to put an end to the Reds' winning streak.

The game starts on 10 p.m.
