Mortada will announce Micho's situation on Monday

Zamalek president Mortada Mansour criticized his players after losing against TP Mazembe.

Zamalek lost to Mazembe 3-0 in the first round of the African Champions League group stage.

"We certainly feel very sad after the loss against Enppi and Mazembe," said Mortada Mansour.

"There are mistakes from the coaching staff and the players."

"The Zamalek board met and made its decisions. We unanimously decided the fate of Micho, but I will not announce the decisions today. The announcement will be after my meeting with Micho on Monday," he said.

Zamalek face Al Sharkia on Wednesday in the Egyptian Cup and then face Primero de Augusto on Saturday in the second round of the group stage.

Micho led Zamalek in 13 matches in all competitions. The White Knight won 8 times, tied once and lost 4 times.

Micho lifted the Egypt Cup with Zamalek after a 3-0 victory over Pyramids, while losing the Super Cup to Al Ahly.
