CAIRO – 5 October 2019: Liverpool Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah, named at the starting line-up for his team clash against Leicester City at the 8th round of the league at Anfield Stadium.
Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, will count on his attacking force of Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino to maintain perfect start at the league.
Klopp also replaced injured Joel Matip with the Croatian defender, Dejan Lovren.
On the other hand, Brendan Rodgers, Former Liverpool manager and Leicester City current manager, picked Jamie Vardy, James Madisson and Harvey Barnes to lead the team attacking line and e kept Spain’s Ayoze Perez, on the sidelines.
Liverpool starting line-up: Adrien, Lovren, Arnold, Van Dijk, Robertson, Milner, Fabinho, Winaldium, Salah, Mane and Firmino.
Leicester Starting line-up: Schmeichel, Pereira, Chilwell, Evans, Soyuncu, Ndidi, Madisson,Telimans, Barnes, Praet and Vardy.
Liverpool have had a strong start at the league with seven straight wins that send the Reds top of the league table with 21 points, five points ahead of the second placed and the defending champions, Manchester City.
The game starts on 4:00 pm.
