CAIRO 9 September 2019: Egyptian Olympic football team, led by Shawki Ghareeb, insisted to include Zamalek’s player, Mostafa Mohamed, to play in Saudi Arabia friendly game.

Zamalek won the Egyptian Cup for the 27th time in its history, after defeating Pyramids in the final of the tournament 3/0 in the game held in Borg El Arab in Alexandria.

Zamalek asked the officials of the Olympic team to continue Mostafa Mohamed with them in preparation for facing Senegalese team in the 32nd round of CAF Champions League on September 14 in Senegal, which was rejected by Ghraeeb

Egyptian Olympic football team faces Saudi Arabia Olympic team on Tuesday at 07:00 p.m. in preparation for the African Cup of Nations 2019 in Egypt from 8 to 22 November.

The matches of the U-23 African Championship, qualifying for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, which Egypt will host in November, have been confirmed to be held at Cairo Stadium, which hosts Group A matches, and El Salam Stadium, which hosts Group B.
