CAIRO – 25 August 2019: Liverpool face Arsenal on Saturday afternoon at Anfield Stadium at the third round of the Premier League.

Both team are leading the Premier League table after achieving two victories from their first two games at the Premier League.

Liverpool opened the Premier League campaign with a 4-1 victory over Norwich City before achieving a narrow 2-1 victory over Southampton.

“Arsenal are a strong team, they have made the same start to the season as we have. I wouldn’t describe any of our performances so far as perfect, but at this stage of the season it is not so much about being perfect as about being ready.” Liverpool manager, jurgenKlopp, said ahead of the game.

On the other hand, Arsenal opened the Premier League season with an away 1-0 victory over Newcastle United and they defeated Burnley 2-1 at home at the second round.

Arsenal manager believes that his team can prove their skills against Liverpool, saying “It is a massive match, an amazing opportunity for us to do something important. We Know it is going to be difficult, but really we can say we are here.’”

The game starts on 6:30 pm.
