CAIRO, 12 August 2019:The YouthU-20 handball Egyptian team, led bymanager MagdyAbouelmagdbeat Hungary 31/25 on Monday in the World Cup finals in Macedonia.

Egypt is placed in the second group, which includes France, Sweden, Hungary, Canada and Taiwan.

The Egyptian national team lost only against France but they succeeded to beat Sweden, Taiwan and Canada before defeating Hungary to lead their group in the World Cup.

The Squad include: Yasser Mohamed Saif El Din, Omar Ahmed Lotfy, Abdel Fattah Ali Youssef Ahmed, Youssef Alaa El Din, MazenReda, Mohamed Samir, Mohamed Hossam El Din, Ziad Ahmed, Ibrahim El Sayed, Hassan Walid, Saif Hany, Abdel Rahman Mohamed, Mohab Said and Omar Ahmed.

The young handball team is looking for a strong achievement like the U-23 Egyptian national team who recently won the bronze medal by beating Portugal 37/27 in the tournament held from July 16 to 28 in Spain.
