Tazkarti is your way to enjoy TOTAL AFCON, Egypt 2019 from stadiums. It is a portal that allows fans to register themselves to get a Fan ID by which they can book tickets and attend matches.

After AFCON tournament, Tazkarti will sell tickets all over Egypt for different events: live events, theaters, sports events and more.


About Fan ID



Q 1. What is a Fan ID?
A FAN ID is a unique identification document used to identify a fan registered in Tazkarti system.

Q 2. Why do I need to register for a Fan ID?
Fans MUST apply for a FAN ID to be able to book tickets and attend matches.

Q 3. How much does a Fan ID cost?
It’s free, but you can receive your Fan ID ONLY after purchasing your first ticket.

Q 4. How can I get my Fan ID?
In order to print or receive your Fan ID, you MUST first purchase a ticket. Afterwards, you can receive your Fan ID with your first ticket from any of the authorized outlets.

Q 5. Can I order my Fan ID and receive it via home delivery?
Yes, you will receive your Fan ID in the same way you select to receive your ticket. In case of selecting to receive your ticket via home delivery, you will receive your Fan ID with it too.

Q 6. Where can I receive my Fan ID?
You can receive your Fan ID from any of the authorized outlets.

Q 7. In case of home delivery, when should I expect to receive my Fan ID?
You should receive your Fan ID before the 16th of June.

Q 8. What if I lost my Fan ID?
In case of losing your Fan ID, you can reprint it ONLY ONCE from any of the authorized outlets after presenting your valid National ID or passport.

Q 9. Can someone else receive my Fan ID?
Yes, you can authorize someone else to receive your Fan ID from an authorized outlet, whether this person has a Fan ID or not. However, you have to purchase your first ticket to be eligible for a Fan ID.

To authorize someone to receive your Fan ID, do the following:
1- Sign in to your account, and then click My Profile.
2- Click Authorize Friend to Collect.
3- Specify how to identify this person, whether by National ID or Fan ID, and then enter the person’s full name and ID number, or Fan ID number.
4- Click Authorize

This person can receive your Fan ID, and your tickets as well, from authorized outlets after presenting his or her proof of identity.

FAN ID Registration



Q 1. I’m Egyptian, what are the conditions to register for a Fan ID?
You must:
- Be above 16 years old.
- Attach a personal photo with white background.
- Have a valid National ID.
- Have a mobile number.

Q 2. I’m not Egyptian, what are the conditions to register for a Fan ID?
You must:
- Have a valid passport.
- Attach a personal photo with white background.
- Have a personal email address.

Q 3. I’m Egyptian, how can I register for a Fan ID?
To register for a Fan ID, follow these steps.

1. Click Register.
2. Click Egyptian.
3. Select your preferred language of communication, and enter your email. The emails and SMS messages you receive are written in the preferred language of communication you select.
4. Select the checkbox to accept the Terms and Conditions.
5. Select the I’m not a robot check box, and then select the images as required to proceed.
6. Enter your mobile number, and then click Send. A code is sent to the mobile number that you have entered.
7. Enter the verification code, and then click Verify.
8. Click Proceed, and then enter your personal information as per your National ID and birth certificate.
9. Click Proceed, and then attach the image of your National ID and your personal photo. The personal photo will be printed on your Fan ID.
10. Click Proceed, and wait till the information you have entered is verified.
If verified, your registration request is sent to the authorized parties to review it. If accepted, you will receive an SMS and email with your Fan ID number and password to sign in to your account, start booking tickets, and get your Fan ID.
Otherwise, you will receive a Request Code to update the request and resubmit it.

Q 4. I’m not Egyptian, how can I register for a Fan ID?
To register for a Fan ID, follow these steps:
1. Click Register.
2. Click Other Nationalities.
3. Select your country of nationality, select your preferred language of communication, and enter your mobile number. The emails and SMS messages you receive are written in the preferred language of communication you select.
4. Select the checkbox to accept the Terms and Conditions.
5. Select the I’m not a robot check box, and then select the images as required to proceed.
6. Enter your email address, and then click Send. A code is sent to the email address that you have entered.
7. Enter the verification code, and then click Verify.
8. Click Proceed, and then enter your personal information as per your passport.
9. Click Proceed, and then attach the image of your passport and your personal photo. The personal photo will be printed on your Fan ID.
10. Click Proceed.

Your registration request is sent to the authorized parties for review. If accepted, you will receive an email with your Fan ID number and password to sign in to your account, start booking tickets, and get your Fan ID.

Otherwise, you will receive a Request Code to update the request and resubmit it.

Q 5. I’m under 16 and I want to book a ticket; what should I do?
You cannot register for a Fan ID by yourself as you are underage. However, you can ask an adult from your family to register for a Fan ID and after approving the request, he or she can add you as a dependent. After approving the dependent request, he or she can book tickets for you.

Note that this person must have a valid National ID in case you are Egyptians, or both you and this person must have valid passports in case you are from another country.

Q 6. My registration request is rejected; what should I do?
If your registration request is rejected, you will receive a request code via SMS and email.
Use this code to update your registration request and submit it again to be reviewed.
Follow these steps to update your request.

Q 7. I don’t have a personal photo that matches the required criteria; what should I do?
You can use your mobile camera to capture an image of you. It’s preferred to ask someone else to capture the image. However, the captured image has to meet the same required conditions.

Q 9. I have not received any response from you regarding my request; what should I do?
Contact the Customer Service at 15355, or send a message through the Contact us page.

My Account



Q 1. I’ve received my Fan ID number and password; what shall I do next?
Use your Fan ID number and password to sign in to Tazkarti to start your experience with TOTAL AFCON, Egypt 2019.
After signing in for the first time, you are requested to create a new password for your account and to provide some additional information.
Afterwards, you can add your dependents and book tickets.

Q 2. Can I update my registered information?
In case your request is rejected, you can update only information that you are required to update. However, after accepting your request, you cannot edit any of the personal information you have provided; you can edit only your account information, such as your password and language of communication.

Q 3. I have forgotten my password; what should I do?
You can either contact the Customer Service at 15355 or request a new password that you can use to sign in to your account.
To request a new password, do the following:
1. Click Sign in, and then click Forgot Password?
2. Enter your Fan ID number and the last 4 digits of your National ID or passport number.
3. Select the I’m not a robot check box, and then select the images as required to proceed.
4. Click Reset Password. A new password is sent to you via SMS or email.
Use the new password to sign in to your account.

Q 4. How can I change my password?
1. Sign in to Tazkarti.
2. Go to My Profile, and then in the Account Information part, click Update.
3. In the Password box, enter a new password, and re-enter it again in the Confirm Password box.
4. Click Save.

Q 5. How can I change the language of the emails and SMS messages I receive?
You receive emails and SMS messages written in the language of communication selected when you registered; however, you can change it.
1. Sign in to Tazkarti.
2. Go to My Profile, and then in the Account Information part, click Update.
3. In the Language of Communication box, select the language you want for the SMS and emails you will receive.
4. Click Save.

Family and Friends



Q 1. I want to bring my family to the match; what should I do?
Each of your family members who is above 16 years has to register for a Fan ID, and after approving the registration requests, you can book tickets for them.
However, you can add your family members who are between 3 and 16 years as dependents, and you can book tickets for them.
To add a new dependent, follow these steps.
1. Sign in to Tazkarti, and then click Dependents.
2. In the Dependents page, click Add New Dependent, enter the required information, and upload the required documents.
3. Click Proceed to submit the request and wait till the request is approved.
You have to repeat these steps to add each of your dependents who are under 16. Note that if the request is rejected, you can update and resubmit it.

Q 2. My request to add one of my family members as a dependent is rejected; what should I do?
You can update the request and resubmit it again. Note that if this family member is above 16 years, he or she has to register for a separate Fan ID.
To update a rejected request, do the following:
1. Sign in to Tazkarti, and then click Dependents.
2. On the Dependents list, find the rejected request, and then click Update Request.
3. Edit your request, and then click Proceed.
The request is sent for review again. Note that the National ID or passport number will be blocked if the request is rejected for three times.

Matches and Tickets



Q 1. Which stadiums will host the matches?
- Cairo Stadium
- 30 June Stadium
- Al Salam Stadium
- Alexandria Stadium
- Ismailia Stadium
- Suez Stadium

Q 2. How much is the ticket?
Ticket prices vary according to the match and the category of the ticket.

Q 3. How can I book a ticket and pay for it?
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to Matches, and search for the match you want.
3. On the matches list, for the required match, click Book Ticket.
4. Select your favorite team and specify the number of tickets you want to book for your preferred ticket categories. Then click Proceed.
5. Specify for whom you book each ticket, whether yourself or your approved dependents. You can also assign tickets for others; just enter the Fan ID of the person you want to assign the ticket for, and then click Add Another Fan.
6. If you want to book tickets for another match, click Book Another Match, and follow the previous steps to add the tickets to your cart.
7. When you finish adding the tickets to your cart, click Proceed to Checkout.
8. Review your order details, and if required, add or delete tickets for the same match, or book tickets for another match.
9. To place your order, click Pay Now, and then specify the payment options as follows:
a. Determine if you want to receive your tickets via home delivery or from an authorized outlet, and then click Continue.
b. Specify the Shipping Info, if required, and then click Continue.
c. Choose how you want to pay, whether by credit card or through Fawry network. Enter any required information depending on your choice.
10. Click Confirm when you finish.
Note that if you choose to pay through Fawry network, you have to complete the payment within the allowed time period to avoid canceling your ticket application.

Q 4. Can I book tickets for others?
Yes, you can book tickets for others who already have Fan IDs, whether they are your dependents or other persons, and you can pay for them too.
To book a ticket for another person, follow these steps.
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to Matches, and search for the match you want.
3. On the matches list, for the required match, click Book Ticket.
4. Select your favorite team and specify the number of tickets you want to book. Then click Proceed.
5. Specify for whom you book each ticket. To assign tickets for others; just enter the Fan ID of the person you want to assign the ticket for, and then click Add Another Fan.
6. Complete booking tickets and paying for them as usual.

Q 5. How can I get my tickets?
You can receive your tickets only after completing the payment process either by credit or through Fawry network. You have the following two options to receive your tickets.
1. You can collect your tickets from any authorized outlet. Visit the Authorized Outlets page for more information.
2. You can receive your ticket via home delivery if you select this option when you pay for the booked tickets. You should receive your tickets within 5 to 10 working days.

Q 6. How can I track my home delivery shipment?
You can track your shipment through Egypt Postal Services website:

Q 7. Can someone else collect my tickets?
Yes, you can authorize someone else to collect your tickets from an authorized outlet, whether this person has a Fan ID or not.
To authorize someone to collect your tickets, do the following:
1. Sign in to your account, and then click My Profile.
2. Click Authorize Friend to Collect.
3. Specify how to identify this person, whether by National ID or Fan ID, and then enter the person’s full name and ID number, or Fan ID number.
4. Click Authorize.
This person can receive your tickets from authorized outlets after presenting his or her proof of identity.

Q 8. I don’t want my ticket anymore; can I cancel it and get my money back?
Unfortunately, you cannot get a refund for your purchased tickets; however, you can transfer these tickets to other registered Fans ONLY ONCE.
To transfer your ticket, do the following:
1. Sign in to your account, and then click My Tickets.
2. For the required ticket, click Transfer.
3. Enter the Fan ID of the person you want to transfer your ticket to.
4. Click Transfer.
Note that you cannot transfer the ticket to someone who already has a ticket for the same match.
When you enter the Fan ID of the person to whom you want to transfer the ticket, the initials of the fan name appear to ensure that this is the intended person. If in doubt, do not transfer the ticket as you cannot undo this action. Once the ticket is transferred, it is removed from your tickets and you cannot get it back.

Q 9. When can I receive my tickets?
You can receive your tickets from any of the authorized outlets directly after completing the payment process.

Q 10. Can I give my ticket to someone else to attend the match?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to other registered Fans.
To transfer your ticket, do the following:
1. Sign in to your account, and then click My Tickets.
2. For the required ticket, click Transfer.
3. Enter the Fan ID of the person you want to transfer your ticket to.
4. Click Transfer.
Note that you cannot transfer the ticket to someone who already has a ticket for the same match.
When you enter the Fan ID of the person to whom you want to transfer the ticket, the initials of the fan name appear to ensure that this is the intended person. If in doubt, do not transfer the ticket as you cannot undo this action. Once the ticket is transferred, it is removed from your tickets and you cannot get it back.
