CAIRO - 10 May 2019: Liverpool's Mohamed Salah is one step away from being the third Arab player to win the UEFA Champions League.

A single game separates him from glory. He was not lucky in the last season when Real Madrid deprived him from winning the title, but this opportunity is here once again.

On June 1, Salah will lead his team, Liverpool, to face Tottenham Hotspur in the UEFA Champions League Final at Wanda Metropolitano stadium in Spain.

Salah is set to be the third Arab player to win the UEFA Champions League title. The first one was Algeria's Rabeh Madjar who won the title with Porto in 1987. He scored a goal against Bayern Munich in the Final.

The second player was Morocco's Achraf Hakimi, who won the title with Real Madrid in 2018 after beating Salah's side, Liverpool, in the Final game 3-1.
