“People out and around the club are speaking about Mo because he used to score almost every single game. It's almost normal because it's football, but we all know him as somebody who is very, very relaxed with the situation.” Mane told press on Tuesday.

Salah’s last goal with Liverpool was against Bournemouth on 9 February when Liverpool won at home 3-0.

Salah led his team to achieve a 2-1 dramatic victory over Tottenham Hotspur at home at the Premier League on Sunday.

Salah was behind the late goal that secured the three points for the Reds and kept the team in the title race.

Mane added “I would especially love to see him smiling by scoring goals. We try to help him score more goals, for him."
