West Ham United defender, Issa Diop, believes that It is not impoosible to stop Liverpool Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah, when they go head-to-head at the Premier League

West Ham hosts Liverpool on Monday night and the visitors aim to gain the three points to return to the right track after losing two points at home against Leicester City last week.

“We know Salah is a big player but, for me, I will prepare the same and play the game the same way.” Diop told press ahead of the game.

Salah is the main threat to West Ham defense as he scored twice at his last visit to West Ham’s ground, London Stadium, and led Liverpool to defeat the hosts 4-1 last season.

Diop added “Before every game, I watch clips of all the strikers I am going to face so we know what they like and don’t like, but a big player like him can do anything, so he is difficult to stop, but it is not impossible!”

Liverpool are leading the Premier League table with 61 points, five points ahead of the defending champions, Manchester City.
