CAIRO – 9 November 2017 : Chelsea Belgian winger Eden Hazard has a dream to play under Real Madrid coach, Zinedine Zidane.

“Everyone knows the respect that I have for Zidane as a player, but also as a coach and he was my idol. It would be a dream for me to play under Zidane,” Hazard told the press on Thursday.

Hazard has been linked with leaving Chelsea to join Real Madrid, but then he calmed Chelsea fans about his commitment to the English club.

Hazard said, “I'm enjoying life at Chelsea at the moment. I still have a lot of things to achieve here, and I'm focused on playing for Chelsea.”

Zidane won the FIFA World Player of the year title three times: in 1998, 2000 and 2003. He led French national team to their only World Cup title in 1998 in France.

Zidane won as a manager two consecutive UEFA Champions League titles in 2016 and 2017, his first experience as a coach.
