CAIRO – 07 October 2017:Uganda is set to meet Ghana on Saturday (3:00 p.m. Cairo Time) in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers at Nelson Mandela Stadium in Uganda.

Ghana is looking for a valuable victory over Uganda to keep its chances to qualify to the 2018 World Cup in Russia. Ghana`s fate is out of its hand, as Egypt sat four points clear atop the table from the Black Stars.

Uganda, using the advantage of its fans and stadium, is full of hope to grab three points, while waiting for Egypt to stumble.

Uganda is placed 2nd with 7 points, behind the Pharaohs, who sit on the top of the table with 9 points. Egypt is set to meet Congo in a match that would be the qualifying match depending on the Uganda-Ghana clash. Egypt is waiting for a gift from Ghana, who may break down Uganda.

Both managers announced the line-up of the expected clash as follows:
Uganda: Onyango, Wadada, Walusimbi, Isinde, Wassawa, Iguma, Luwaga, Mawejje, Nsibambi, F. Miya and Okwi.

Ghana: Ofori, Opare, Lumor, Amartey, Opoku, Duncan, Sarfo, Ofori, F. Acheampong, Partey and Yiadom.
