CAIRO – 26 September 2017: Mohamed El-Neny participated in Arsenal’s 2-0 victory over his Egyptian teammate Ahmed Hegazi’s club West Bromwich Albion on Monday night at Emirates Stadium in London.

Arsenal started the game well, trying to score the first goal to have the upper hand in the game, and that is what Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette did when he scored the first for Arsenal in the 20th minute to end the first half 1-0 for Arsenal.

West Bromwich tried to equalize the score in the second half, but Arsenal’s defense prevented them from scoring.

In the 67th minute, Arsenal got a penalty, from which Lacazette managed to double the score for Arsenal. The penalty came after a tackle against Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.

Arsenal gained three points to reach seventh place with 10 points, while West Bromwich stayed with 8 points in 12th place.

Neny and Ahmed Hegazi played the whole game. Hegazi got a rating of 7.1, while Neny got a rating of 6.7, according to whoscored.com
