CAIRO- 7 September2017: Congolese Football striker Fabrice Ondama won’t participate in the match between Egypt and Congo on 8 October due to his knee injury during the second half of the match between Congo and Ghana on Friday at the fourth round of 2018 world cup qualifiers.
Congolese striker has anterior cruciate ligament and needs to rest in bed for one month that will eliminate him away from the Tunisian side, African Club Plans.

Congo stays at the bottom of the group E with only 1 point, while Egypt tops the group with 9 points.


It is good to mention that Ondama has a long journey with African Football after a short spell in France with Rennes US Créteil-Lusitanos. he played in three different leagues in Africa, he started with Diables Noirs in Congo in 2009, his performance with the club took him to play for Moroccan giants, Wydad Casablanca in 2010. he played seven years with the club except a year he went to play for Saudi Arabian side, Al Ittihad in 2012.

Ondama moved to the Tunisian League to play for Club Africain in 2017.
