Egypt faces Belgium next November

CAIRO, 28 August 2022: The officials of the Football Association concluded the agreement with the Belgian national team to play a friendly match next November in Kuwait.
 
The Belgian team will be in their preparation for the World Cup finals scheduled to start on November 20 in the State of Qatar, and in light of the suspension of leagues in the countries of the world based on the instructions of the International Federation, FIFA.
 
The Egyptian national team, led by Roy Vitoria, will play two friendlies next September, after the Pharaohs’ matches with Malawi were postponed in the third and fourth rounds of the qualifiers for the African Nations 2023, and the Portuguese Roy Vitoria, the coach of the Egyptian team, confirmed the date of his return to Egyptian lands to start his duties. His work is official, as he arrives in Cairo the day after tomorrow, Tuesday.
The Egyptian national team is in the fourth group qualifying for the 2023 African Nations Cup in Côte d'Ivoire, which includes Guinea, Malawi and Ethiopia.
 
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) officially announced the postponement of the matches of the third and fourth rounds of the African Cup of Nations "Cote d'Ivoire 2023" qualifiers, so that the two matches of Egypt against Malawi were postponed to March 2023.
