Zamalek starts preparation camp for Smouha

CAIRO, 4 May 2021: Zamalek will resume training sessions on Tuesday, in preparation for the Smouha match scheduled for next Thursday in the 20th week of the Egyptian League competition.
French coach Patrice Carteron, Zamalek's coach, decided to give the players a negative rest on,Monday, after their match against Pyramids that was held on Sunday evening, and ended in a positive tie 1-1.
Zamalek players conduct the training sessions except for the duo Mohamed Abdel Shafi and Mohamed Abu Jabal due to infection with the Coronavirus.
Smouha continues his good performances after his victory over Al-Ahly at Al-Salam Stadium, with two goals to one.
Zamalek tops the league table with 41 points, after playing 19 games, winning 12 games, tying in 5 matches, losing two matches, and their players scored 33 goals and scored 12 goals.
Smouha ranks sixth in the league table with 28 points from 19 matches the team has played in the competition so far, winning 5, drawing 13 and losing one match, its players scored 28 goals and scored 20 goals.
