HURGHADA, Egypt - 4 June 2020: Marsa Alam airport received on Wednesday a flight coming from Kuwait with 165 Egyptians on board as part of the State’s plan to repatriate its nationals who are stranded abroad due to the coronavirus pandemic, a source at the airport said.

A quarantine team has carried out medical checkups on all arriving passengers and disinfected their luggage, the source said in press statements.

They were then moved to a hotel in Marsa Alam city to spend the mandatory quarantine period in line with the preventive measures taken to stem the spread of COVID-19, he added.
