Huawei Consumer Business Group launched the new laptop MateBook series, for the very first time in the Egyptian market. As the company is looking for complimenting and creating a better connected technology ecosystem for Egyptian consumers, it has crafted a sleeper hit with launching the MateBook series in the beginning of 2019. The company announced new 4 products to the Egyptian market in a huge media event that took place on the 20th of January 2019.
The series includes MateBook X Pro and MateBook D in addition to launching the new tablet MediaPad M5 Lite and Watch GT. Huawei’s MateBook X Pro, the world’s first Laptop with a camera concealed in the keyboard. The laptop comes with one-mega pixel camera concealed in the keyboard for more privacy, users has to press the camera button on the keyboard and then it pops up. Ambient light sensor, fingerprint sensor, and Hall sensor are also included.
Huawei’s MateBook X Pro is described as the speediest, most luxurious and long-lasting laptop. The integration of the revolutionary Speedy Huawei share technology in Huawei MateBook X Pro allows users to exchange photos and files wirelessly across Huawei devices with a speed that can reach up to 20 Mbps (100x faster than Bluetooth) and ability of sharing 1000 photos the Laptop within 3 minutes and 1 GB of video in a minute.
The company introduced its wallet-friendly mainstream business laptop, MateBook D in the Egyptian market as well. The 15.6-inch MateBook D is more mainstream and more affordable. Huawei launched the MateBook D which is an ultra slim 1.47 kg notebook packed by a 8GB RAM of LPDDR3 type with 2133MHz frequency and 256GB SSD storage. A faster games and Movies performance is to be provided by NVIDIA GeForce MX150 graphics card and 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-8550U processor.
The MateBook D comes with no hard edges make for a much more pleasant handling experience in additional to a matte finish on all surfaces save for the slim chrome-colored chamfers around the touchpad and the power button.
