CAIRO – 11 July 2017: The dates of Fashion Forward Dubai’s (FFWD) 10th edition are set for October 26-28, 2017. It is set to be a three-day fashion extravaganza and will be located at none other than the other d3 - Dubai Design District, the capital of fashion design and creativity in the region.

The event provides the much needed platform for local and international couture, ready-to-wear, and accessory designers to debut their unique designs on the catwalk or showcase them in exclusive fashion presentations and get connected to buyers and key industry professionals.

FFWD is the main fashion event in the Dubai and Middle Eastern fashion calendar, where for the past 5 years FFWD has been pushing the careers of emerging fashion designers both internationally and regionally, while positioning Dubai as the next fashion capital in the global fashion scene.

Bong Guerrero, CEO and co-founder of FFWD, said, “This October is a key milestone in FFWD’s evolution, as we celebrate the tenth edition of the platform in our new home in the center of Dubai’s creative hub. With the continued support of d3 and DDFC, the platform has become the reference point for regional design talent and a launch pad for international visibility. Each season, we introduce new concepts, explore new topics of conversation, discover new talent and deliver a new experience, while providing an environment where passion, collaboration and purpose meet.”

Designer registration for FFWD’s 10th Edition is now open with limited spaces available. To participate, designers can register at www.fashionforward.ae. Designer Participation is subject to approval. Designers are advised to register by the closing date, July 15, 2017.
