CAIRO – 10 January 2020: Egypt’s Supreme Council of Culture called for public participation in proposing important cultural symbols and events.

“Based on our certainty of the importance and necessity of benefiting from the experiences of each in his field, we hope that we will receive your suggestions about the important cultural symbols and events that you may think should be celebrated or memorialized, in order to prepare a celebration agenda worthy of Egypt's cultural symbols and historical events in light of the suggestions of those interested in cultural and public affairs, bearing in mind that multiple registrations are allowed, and that registration requires only a name,” the council stated.
