CAIRO - 11 December 2020: Cairo International Film Festival concluded its events on December 11.
 
The Best Actress Award was given to two outstanding artists: Ilham Shaheen in Curfew by director Amir Ramses and Natalya Pavlenkova for her role in Conference by director Ivan I. Tverdovskly.
 
“ The best actress award goes to the veteran Egyptian actress Elham Shahine who dazzled us all with her performance in Curfew movie” said the International competition jury member, veteran Egyptian actress Lebleba .


“ I love you all and so happy with the award” said Shahine after receiving the award.

 Shahine thanked Mohamed Hefzy, Cairo Film Festival, ministry of culture and ministry of health.

“I feel after this movie that I have more and more to present” Shahine said.

 


Shahine said that she loves cinema and all the filmmakers and she enjoyed much the festival panels and seminars.


“ Long live Egypt” Shahine said.

“ The other best actress award goes to the Russian actress Natalya Panelkova” Lebleba said.
