CAIRO – 20 October 2020: As part of her visit to Alexandria Governorate, Egypt’s Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem was keen to follow the youth of the second batch of the Talents Studio at the Artistic Creativity Center performing the theatrical show Cinema Masr, directed by Khaled Galal.

During her visit, Abdel Dayem congratulated the stars of the show, which represents young creative energies that confirm the continuity of artistic generations that are the fuel of Egypt's soft power.

She indicated that presenting the shows to the audience of Alexandria after its presentation in Cairo comes in implementation of the strategy of the Ministry of Culture, which aims to achieve cultural justice and to present artistic works that contribute to forming public awareness nationwide.

It is noteworthy that the play Cinema Masr deals with a number of the most important scenes in films that are signs in the history of Egyptian cinema, taking the character “Nadia” performed by legendary Faten Hamama in the film "The Last Night" the main dramatic line in an indication that the strength, greatness and civilization of Egypt will remain until the end of time despite the failed attempts that try to destroy Egypt’s true identity.
