Governor of Daqahliyah officially inaugurates Mansoura Book Fair on Oct. 20

CAIRO – 20 October 2020: Governor of Daqahliyah Ayman Mukhtar and Head of the General Egyptian Book Organization Haitham al-Hag Ali officially inaugurated the Mansoura Book Fair on October 20.

The exhibition will be held on an area of 1050 meters in Shagaret el-Dor Park, next to the El-Ward Island Club, Corniche El-Nil.

A specific number of participants have been identified to prevent overcrowding as part of the precautionary measures to confront COVID-19. 

Sectors of the Ministry of Culture, including the National Center for Translation, the National Library and Archives, the General Authority for Cultural Palaces, the Cultural Development Fund, and the Supreme Council of Culture will also participate in the exhibition.
