CAIRO – 9 September 2020: The Russian Center for Science and Culture in Alexandria, headed by Consul Murad Gatin, is organizing a group of various artistic, literary, and educational activities in celebration of the Egyptian-Russian Cultural Year 2020.

 

The center is also organizing a number of events that are scheduled to be broadcast live, including a meeting on "Studying in Russia" on September 13, and an online workshop on September 20 from the center's Plastic Arts and Painting studio, presented by Maliha Shuaib.

 

Also, the center will host an exhibition entitled "Children Draw Egypt", which starts on September 20 and continues until the end of the month; the exhibition exhibits distinctive works that reflect creativity of children.

 

It is noteworthy that the activities organized by the center combine arts and literature with the participation of children, youth and experts and come within the framework of the celebration of the Egyptian-Russian Year of Culture 2020. The precautionary measures against the coronavirus are applied in all events.
