CAIRO - 5 April 2020: Famed singer Mohamed Tharwat announced on his official Facebook account performing a massive online religious chanting concert on the occasion of mid-Sha'aban to be broadcast live on his YouTube channel.

Ihab Younis, Mustafa Atef, and Wael el-Fashni will also perform alongside Tharwat.

The concert is broadcasted online in compliance with WHO recommendations to prevent gatherings in order to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. The concert aims to provide the spiritual boost the followers need and will be held on April 8 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Furthermore, the concert will present a selection of the most famous spiritual works such as “Qamaron Sidna Ennabi”, “Ya Malek al-Qadar”, “Lagl Ennabi”, and “Mawlay”, in addition to numerous surprises. The four artists will perform solo and will present a joint performance.

Tharwat asked his fans earlier to abide by the directions of the state and the Ministry of Health to break the cycle of the disease's spread in Egypt.
