CAIRO - 9 September 2019: Singer Majd el-Kassim is preparing to record a new national song for the occasion of October victory. The song is written by Salah Attia and the Saudi poet Abdullah al-Osaimi.

Kassim’s new national song dedicated to the October victory is entitled “Masr el Azeema” (Egypt is great).

On the other hand, Kassim has completed recording his new album which will be released during the upcoming period. The album consist of 10 songs in which the singer collaborated with a large number of poets and composers, including; Sayed Rady, Salah Attia, Mahmoud Shawky, Bassem Mounir, Hamada Esmat and Remon.

The popular singer recently held a concert within the annual Mahki Citadel Festival, which is currently held under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem and Magdy Saber, President of the Egyptian Opera House.

During the concert, the singer presented numerous of his most popular songs, including “Ghamad Eneik” (Close your eyes), “Hena Badaa el Hawa” (Here is where love started), among others.
