CAIRO – 24 January 2019: The distinguished publications and encyclopedias of the Egyptian National Library and Archives are witnessing great success in Cairo International Book Fair's golden jubilee.

The most important encyclopedias presented by the National Library are Ibn Taghir’s “Rising kings of Cairo and Egypt”, which comes in several parts, each costing LE 50; “The Era of the Mamluk Kings” for Salahuddin bin Shaker, which comes in three parts sold together for LE 220; and “News of Survival” written by Gamal el-Din Abi Hassan, which comes in a series of four parts sold together for LE 225.

Furthermore, “Arab stories” for Mohamed Ahmed Gad is sold for LE 225, and “The wonders of Archeology” for Abdul Rahman al-Gabarni is presented in a series of four parts sold together for LE 220.

In addition, the encyclopedia titled “Selections from the Egyptian History” for Ibn Khatib is presented and sold for LE 23 and “Arab Days in medieval times” for Mohamed Ahmed is presented and priced at LE 65.
