CAIRO – 6 December 2017: Cairo-born photographer Fady el-Gawly’s exhibit "How are you doing?" (عامل إيه) is running at Photopia until Saturday, December 9, having started on Thursday, November 30.

The exhibition is an interactive art display where Gawly invites viewers to explore the artist’s experience with depression. Entering into a small room that serves as a representation of the artist’s emotional state, they will explore writings, photographs and other items that serve to physically express the artist’s struggle with depression. In this way, viewers are essentially taking a trip into his mind.
