CAIRO – 29 August 2017: Artist Tamer Fathy will be conducting Jazz dance workshop at Danssabeel Contemporary Dance on September 10, where he’ll introduce aspects of lyrical jazz dance.

Contemporary dancer Tamer Fathy will be conducting the workshop for three consecutive days.

Tamer Fathy is graduated from The High Institute of Ballet, he had a diplomat in the performing arts.

He performed with different companies and choreographers as Cairo Opera Ballet Company, Cairo Opera Modern Dance Company, and London Urdange Dance Company.

He also directed a number of Choreographic shows, Cinema, Theatrical shows and music videos. He also directed a number of opening and closing ceremonies for a number of festivals.

Through the workshop, Fathy will combine classic Jazz dances with light and airy Ballet movements.

Danssabeel Contemporary Dance is a place for teaching different contemporary dance forms. It manages to create a non-completive atmosphere for reaching enjoyable mood.
