Center for Coptic Studies at Egypt’s Bibliotheca Alexandrina issues specialized periodical in Coptic studies

CAIRO – 2 August 2021: The Center for Coptic Studies at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina has issued a specialized periodical in Coptic studies entitled “Coptica Alexandrina” (CA).

Among the researches published in this issue comes the research “Death and Inheritance in the Light of the Coptic Wills Texts” by Mohammadi Fathi, and the research "Irrigation and Water Disputes in Fayoum in the Early Coptic Period" by Adel Fakhry. 

This international scientific journal includes leading Coptic scholars in Egypt and the world, and includes research papers in both Arabic and English.

It is worth noting that the 16th Bibliotheca Alexandrina Book Fair, headed by Moustafa Elfeki, will be held from August 16 to 30, in cooperation with the General Egyptian Book Organization and the Egyptian and Arab Publishers Association.
