Bollywood film ‘Gold’ to start filming in London

CAIRO –7 July 2017: The Indian actor Akshay Kumar, who works in Bollywood films, has arrived in London to shoot his new film ‘Gold,’ according to EasternEye news website on Monday.

The film is directed by Reema Kagti, she is an Indian film director and screenwriter who works in Bollywood.

The film is about India’s first Olympic gold medalist in the year 1948.
As Kumar wrote on his twitter:




“Set out on a brand new journey, aiming for nothing less than #GOLD! Day 1 of Gold, need your love and best wishes as always,” wrote Akshay, alongside his first look from the film.”

In the picture Kumar was seen with thin moustache and he was dressed chequered waistcoat and pants.

The film is going to be a debut for Mouni Roy. Roy is an Indian television actress and model, she is one of the Indian most famous actresses.

The film will be in theaters in August 15 next year, while the producers of the film are Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner Excel Entertainment.
