Ministers of Tourism& Antiquities, Civil Aviation talk about Egypt’s hygiene safety regulations to confront COVID-19 at ATM in Dubai

CAIRO - 17 May 2021: Dr. Khaled El-Enany, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities and Pilot Mohamed Manar, Minister of Civil Aviation, was very keen to convey a message of reassurance to the visitors of Egypt’s Pavilion at the Arabian Travel Market TM in Dubai , about the hygiene safety measures implemented in Egypt; in airports and on Egyptian airlines; as well as hotels, museums and archaeological sites.
 
On another note, Dr. Enas Abdel-Dayem, Minister of Culture, was keen to attend the ATM and visit the Egyptian pavilion during her visit to Dubai.
 
The three ministers visited the different pavilions at the exhibition, which includes 1,300 exhibitors, representing 62 countries from around the world.
 
They met with several tourism and travel professionals and exchanged ideas and visions about the future of the tourism industry as well as air travel in light of the Corona pandemic.
 
They expressed their optimism for the recovery of tourism and travel during the coming period, especially with worldwide vaccinations against the Coronavirus, the easing travel restrictions in some countries.
 
 
They talked about the support Egypt gives to the tourism and aviation sectors from the implications of the Coronavirus pandemic and ensure their prompt recovery.
 
They said that thermal cameras are used and all hygiene safety measures are used to combat the Coronavirus in Egyptian airports.
 
The three ministers said that Egypt's diverse offerings and tourist attractions make it an ideal tourist destination for those looking for a safe travel experience, with the ongoing global efforts to confront the repercussions of the Coronavirus crisis.
 
It is worth noting that the Egyptian pavilion participating in the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) is set up on an area of ​​305 meters and is has 14 exhibitors, including EgyptAir, Air Cairo, and many Egyptian hotels and tourism companies.
